Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at blazingfastintelligence.com (the “Site”), operated by Blazing Fast Intelligence LLC (“Blazing Fast Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

What these terms cover

These Terms cover this website only — the pages served from blazingfastintelligence.com, including this one. The Site is an informational and marketing website: it describes our company and directs visitors to our products. Nothing is sold through it, there are no accounts, and there is nothing to subscribe to.

These Terms do not govern our products. Blazo and CosmosFX are separate platforms operating on their own domains, with their own terms of service, privacy policies, subscription arrangements and support commitments. When you sign up for or use either product, the agreement governing that product applies — not this one. Nothing on this Site varies, overrides or adds to the terms of either product.

Permitted use of this site

You are welcome to view the Site, share it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. We ask only that you do not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Site as your own material.
• Use our name, logo, wordmark or product names in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system.
• Interfere with the Site’s normal operation, including by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Ordinary web crawling and indexing by search engines is expressly permitted, subject to our robots.txt.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the text, layout, design, graphics, logo, wordmark and the names Blazing Fast Intelligence, Blazo and CosmosFX — are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or licence to you beyond the permitted use described in section 03.

Certain third-party materials on the Site are used under their own licences and remain the property of their respective owners. In particular, the typefaces used here — DM Sans and Space Grotesk — are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and their licence texts are distributed with the Site. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under those licences.

The site is informational only

The content on the Site is provided for general information about our company and products. It is not professional, legal, financial or business advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

Descriptions of Blazo and CosmosFX summarise what those products do at the time of writing. Products change: features may be added, altered or withdrawn, and the description on this Site may not always reflect the current state of a product. The authoritative description of any product is the one published on that product’s own site, together with the terms you agree to when you use it. Nothing on this Site is an offer, a commitment to provide any particular feature, or a guarantee of any specific result.

Third-party links and destinations

The Site contains links to other websites, including our own product sites at blazo.ai and cosmosfx.ai. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and by following a link you leave the scope of these Terms.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or practices of any site we link to, and a link does not imply endorsement of anything beyond what the link itself indicates.

Availability and changes to the site

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable at times for maintenance, technical reasons, or causes outside our control.

We may change, update or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice, including its content, structure and design, and we may discontinue the Site entirely. We are not liable to you for doing so.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and continuous availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its hosting are free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent the law permits, and nothing in these Terms removes a right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blazing Fast Intelligence LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.

Because the Site is provided free of charge and nothing is sold through it, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time — for example if the Site starts to do something it does not do today, such as offering a contact form, an account or a paid service. The revised Terms take effect when published on this page, and the effective date at the top will be updated.

Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Since we hold no mailing list for this Site, changes are published here rather than announced individually.
